Data Collection

MapRoutes does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All route data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Route Sharing

When you share a route via link, the route data is compressed and encoded in the URL itself. This data passes through our redirect server (maproutes.onrender.com) only to facilitate the deep link to the app. No route data is logged or stored on our servers.

Third-Party Services

MapRoutes uses Apple MapKit for maps and routing functionality. Apple's privacy policy applies to MapKit services.

Data Storage

All saved routes are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your routes unless you explicitly share them.
